1. Eligibility: You are eligible to request a refund or return within 7 days of purchasing our software services from Segundo.
2. Request Process: To initiate a return or claim a refund, please send an email to founder@segundoapps.com with your order confirmation number and the reason for your request.

Conditions: Please note that to be eligible for a return or refund, your reason must be due to a significant discrepancy between the service provided and its description on our website, or an inability to use the service due to technical issues originating on our end. Issues originating from the user's end, such as internet connectivity problems or hardware issues, will not be considered grounds for a refund or return.
4. Procedure: Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at founder@segundoapps.com .
6. Exemptions: Certain circumstances may disqualify a user from being eligible for a refund. Among these circumstances include periods of scheduled maintenance, instances where the user has violated our terms of service, and cases wherein issues caused by third-party services or tools are presented.
